Production and Shipping
Production Process
So you’ve shopped, picked out your favorites, and placed an order. Then what?
We work with a number of printing providers that we’ve tested out and chosen to represent the hand drawn art. Once you place an order, it goes to the respective partner to be produced and shipped to you. All printed merchandise is made to order, and production times vary depending on what the item is and where it’s being printed. It normally take around 2-5 business days for items to be printed, assembled if necessary, and ready to ship. Processing times are longer during the peak holiday season. Please be sure to place any orders prior to December 5th if you need them by Christmas.
Shipping Process and Timelines
Once the items are printed and ready, they will ship directly from the print provider to you. Different items may be shipped separately, depending on what you order. For example, if you order several tumblers with different designs, they will ship together. If you order a tote and a mouse pad, you will receive them over two separate shipments.
Once the shipping labels have been created, you will receive an email with the tracking information. Shipping will normally take around 3-5 business days to reach you. During peak holiday season, shipping times are normally longer, so please plan accordingly if you need them for holiday gifts by a certain date.

Handmade items
Foiled art prints will be made by hand in my studio, and will be shipped with tracking.
Stickers and bookmarks will be shipped in stamped envelopes, untracked.
If for any reason your order takes longer than 10 business days to arrive within the United States, please contact us.
International shipping
For international orders, production times will remain the same, but please allow 10-30 business days for your orders to arrive. Shipping cost will depend upon the type of items and carrier fees.
Unfortunately, shipping is not available for all countries. The customer is responsible for any local fees or customs required for delivery.
Gift Wrapping and Receipts
Unfortunately, at this time, we don’t have an option for gift wrapping, gift receipts, or gift personalization.
