Hey you! I’m Sara, or Sarandipity, the artist behind this blissful mix of sparkles, colors, dark humor, and wonky lines. Perfection who? We don’t know her. We’re about beautiful messes here. I’m a full time mom of the most beautiful demon spawn, and full time artist when my spoons allow.

After spending most of my career in international education, I shifted gears in 2018 and decided to devote time to my true calling, art. In 2022 I took the plunge and began sharing my pieces on social media.

Growing up in a creative and loving household, I witnessed different media, styles, and processes to create bold, whimsical, simple, and elegant pieces.

My dad loved exploring different media in his free time, and I take after him. My love of reading is all thanks to my incredible mom. Any athleticism, coordination, or composure went straight to my brother and skipped me entirely. All the weird, chaotic, and quirky, I take credit for. Also the giggles.

Their warmth, compassion, intention, and humor flow through me and I strive to share that part of me through my work.

I make art through happy accidents, stumble into lines, and create with the intention of providing comfort, a brief escape from reality, and sharing some of that warmth with you.

I am a proud purveyor of sparkles and believe that everyone deserves to have art in their life. My creations—from whimsical coloring pages, to thoughtful products, to engaging art content—are meant to help you unwind after a long day.

My artistic style is a vibrant tapestry of bright colors and shimmering sparkles, reminding us that beauty shines brightest in the dark.

I utilize a variety of media, including digital design, artisan watercolor, pen and ink, acrylic, and toner foil, to bring my visions to life. I’m especially fond of media with holographic and color shifting qualities.

My pieces often explore mandalas, zendoodles, intricate linework, botanical, floral and abstract geometric designs. I’m inspired by the textures and patterns found in nature and geometry, and by the amazing art community that has graciously shared their skills and kindness with us.

I print my digital artwork on merchandise so that you can fill your space and life with these vibrant pieces. My artistic journey is ever-evolving, but my style dances through every medium I explore.
